Humboldt Machine Works - Industrial Red

A medium-bodied and versatile red.  The Industrial Red was fashioned in the concept of Bordeaux and Meritage blends.  It is designed to be an adaptable table wine that pairs well with a variety of food and will be a staple of any wine collection.  The backbone of the Industrial Red is 80% Merlot, rounded out with about 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.  The finished wine is warm and fruity, with plenty of strawberry and red cherry flavor, a hint of green bell pepper, and underscored with a kiss of graham cracker crumb.  (700ml)
