2006 Cabernet Sauvignon, Henry Rose Vineyard, Humboldt County.  These grapes were organically grown in Orleans, CA.  A young, tart cab with youthful acidity.  Well blended balance of oak and fruit with hints of raspberry, black cherry and clove.  The structured tannins mean the wine will continue to evolve as it ages for years to come.  (750ml)
